
WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS
EmpireCovers with its principle place of business at 101 Greenwood Ave, Suite 100, Jenkintown, PA 19046, warrants to the original purchaser that it will correct any defects in material or workmanship by repair or replacement of this car cover.
To claim the warranty, please follow the instructions below.
Please send below items to email to [email protected]
- An image of the size tag that is sewn into the cover. The size tag is located on the underneath side of the cover toward the front. It is a small, white tag with manufacturer markings and a part number on it
- A legible copy of your proof of purchase
- Your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number
- An image of the issue with the cover
- Describe where and how the cover is used (Indoor/Outdoor/Carport/etc.)
Or mail EmpireCovers:
- A 3"x 3" swatch of the cover material with the size tag sewn in. The size tag is located on the underneath side of the cover toward the front. It is a small, white tag with manufacturer markings and a part number on it
- A legible copy of your proof of purchase
- Your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number
- A detailed description of the issue with the cover
- Describe where and how the cover is used (Indoor/Outdoor/Carport/etc.)

We suggest that you take a photo of the size tag before mailing it in case it gets lost in the mail.
Do not throw away your cover until you receive your replacement cover. We recommend sending the warranty claim information and swatch in a padded envelope. Standard paper envelopes may get caught in the postage machine. If we do not receive the information above, we cannot issue a replacement. If you wish confirmation of receipt of your warranty claim, please utilize tracking on the envelope you mail to our Warranty Department. The replaced cover will be returned to the sender within 45 days of receipt.
EmpireCovers is not responsible for failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We provide you with tracking information emailed to you automatically once your order ships, and tracking information is available by chatting in during our normal business hours. Please contact FedEx with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues. We do not require a signature upon delivery and thus must insist that you ship your orders to a secured and safe destination.
