Flat Rate Shipping for All Items!

We ship all items from Henderson, KY and offer flat rate shipping with no minimum purchase required. Costs are as follows.

• 120 CAD for RV and Pontoon Covers
• 65 CAD for Hail Jackets, Truck, SUV and Boat Covers
• 45 CAD for Car Covers and everything else!

Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Are there any surcharges, duties, customs fees or taxes?

Although Empire calculates and collects custom fees and taxes at the time of checkout, there may be additional costs for importation that the customer would be responsible for paying. Empire does not reimburse for any additional costs incurred due to importation.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, if you have a different address than your billing address, you can specify that in the checkout process.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once the order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking information.

How long will my order take to arrive once it ships?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be longer shipping times during sale events and peak shopping days. Items shipping from our Kentucky, USA warehouse normally arrive within 3 weeks of shipping.
