We started by treating a lightweight, tear-resistant RipStop fabric with our super hydrophobic StormBlock™ technology that repels water, mud, ice, and other liquids. The cover seams are waterproof, thanks to ultrasonic welding that eliminates thread holes which can leak over time. Grommets are built-in for extreme weather conditions where increased tie-down security is advised. We even stitched the grommets into individual fabric pockets, to prevent contact with your finish. An included strap-and-buckle system ensures that this cover will stay secured on your vehicle. This cover also features a soft inner lining that will not scratch your vehicle's paint. Finally, our enhanced Grip-Rite elastic hem keeps the cover snug around the edges.

Our product engineering team leveraged nano-technology and chemistry to formulate a safe solution that reshapes liquid causing it to bead up and roll off cleanly - just like water off a duck’s back. We apply the formula directly to the polyester threads before threading them together which creates an interlaced layer of waterproof repellency (super hydrophobic). You can expect the cover to follow the general curves of your vehicle, without exposing any paint, and snug around the bottom and bumpers with the full elastic hem. The cover will accommodate your mirrors without pocketing them.

What if I have a cab-high cap (bed cap) or camper shell? If you have a cab-high cap or camper shell (any bed covering that comes as high as your truck cab, NOT a tonneau cover) you need a different shaped cover. Our regular truck covers are shaped to taper at an angle from the top of the cab down to the foot of the bed to prevent pooling. If you have a camper shell, that type of shape will not fit. You will need an SUV-shaped cover, and we have 3 sizes to fit small, mid-sized, and larger trucks. Click here for more information.

Our return policy will replace any defective items within the first 30 days of your purchase; after that you can claim your warranty. Each product comes with a warranty card.
